Mikey Bustos sings 'That's My Yaya Dub' for Maine Mendoza, fans
YouTube star, actor, and singer Mikey Bustos is quite literally singing the praises of one Maine Mendoza, the actress who plays the now famous Yaya Dub character. Yaya Dub is one half of the #AlDub tandem, with on-screen partner Alden Richards. The AlDub segment shows on long-running noontime show Eat Bulaga.
In the video, snippets of Maine's popular Dubsmash videos can be seen as Mikey sings along. "In her soul / I can see / something sweet / like honey / let me be your baby / and call me maybe / okay, fine, just call me Mikey!" he sings.
"A million angels sing / oh when she smiles / I'm in love / She's the yaya of my heart / the yaya whom I love," he continues, holding a stick of isaw, popular Filipino street food.
Mikey also sings about Maine's fun spirit and wit and how she's charmed him with all her antics online.

Alden cries as he dedicates 'God Gave Me You' to Maine
Bilang pagtupad sa bilin ni Lola Nidora, kinanta ni Alden Richards ang "God Gave Me You" nang live ngayong Sabado sa Eat Bulaga.
Pero bago pa man matapos ang kanta, bigla na lamang naiyak ang Pambansang Bae dala ng emosyon ng kanta.
Pati tuloy ang mga audience sa studio, tumulo din ang luha.
Nang mapigilan niya nang sandali ang kaniyang emosyon, nakapagbigay pa siya ng dedikasyon.
"Itong kantang 'to, gusto kong ialay kay Maine," aniya.
Tila ikinatuwa naman ni Maine ang heartfelt moment ni Alden.

People noted the glamorous look for Maine, who gained acclaim for her comedic chops.
Fans also wondered what the new endorsement will be, following Maine's being featured in a pair of commercial with Alden Richards.
Eat Bulaga's Barbara Sastre dropped hints on Twitter, with many fans guessing that it will be for a popular shampoo brand.

Maine Got Alden's Gifts!
Maine Mendoza took to Instagram to thank Alden Richards for the gifts he had sent her: fruits, cake, and flowers on September 22. In yesterday’s Kalyeserye episode, Maine’s character Yaya Dub was confined in the hospital after a trike accident, and she requested fruits. Alden got her loads of them and even went out of his way to buy her cake and roses. What makes this extra cute is that Maine was really not feeling well yesterday, that’s why she wasn’t on Eat Bulaga. What a treat for her!

‘AlDub’ makes history anew with 12 million tweets

AlDub’s “Saturdate” is something fans should celebrate.
The hashtag for the latest episode of Eat Bulaga’s “Kalyeserye”, #ALDUBMostAwaitedDate, broke Twitter records worldwide once again after scoring more than 12.1 million tweets in a span of 24 hours.
Millions of Filipinos basked in excitement and love chills on Saturday as spilt-screen couple Alden Richards and Maine “Yaya Dub” Mendoza met for the third time on their first ever date.
The whopping Twitter figure was achieved through the help of AlDub nation, the national couple’s army of fans.
Twitter user Jerick Carlo Almeda (@pagkalaagan), a web programmer and self-proclaimed “official statistician of AlDub Nation” worked closely with another user ALDUB STATISTICS (@ineffable888) to monitor the hashtag count by the hour of the whole Saturday and to tweet the latest updates to the whole AlDub fandom.
The count started on Saturday 12 am with 505,900 tweets. By 1 pm, the latest hashtag reached 7,497,200 tweets, surpassing the show’s previous feat for #ALDUBTheAbduction which earned 6.4 million. By 3 pm, a little after the show ended, the hashtag breached the 10 million mark almost all fans aimed for.

According to their final and unofficial report, the #ALDUBMostAwaitedDate hit a total of 12,125,300 tweets by 12 am Sunday.

Maine to finally join Alden in MMFF movie? Direk Joey Reyes drops hint!
Tila nagpahiwatig na ang direktor ng Metro Manila Film Festival 2015 entry na “My Bebe Love” na si Jose Javier Reyes na madadagdagdagan ang star-studded cast ng pelikula.
Nitong Martes, nag-post ng magkasunod na Instagram photo ang batikang direktor kasama ang tinaguriang Dubsmash Queen ng Pilipinas na si Maine Mendoza a.k.a. Yaya Dub.
Wala namang sinabi ang direktor sa caption ng mga naturang posts, ngunit hindi mapigilan ng mga tagahanga ni Yaya Dub na umasang makakasama na siya sa MMFF movie na pagbibidahan ni Bossing Vic Sotto at Comedy Concert Queen AiAi Delas Alas.
